Your professional responsibilities will include:
Providing Level 2 and 3 technical support to our clients; Developing WAPT packages; Testing new features; Updating documentation.
Minimal travel required. Valid driver's license (B) required.Full-time, permanent contract.
For the more curious, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on technical challenges in additional projects, such as managing Active Directory with Samba.
You enjoy client interaction and have an aptitude for scripting. You are familiar with the basics of Systems and Network Administration (DNS, LDAP, etc.) and possess strong writing skills.Qualifications and experience:
A minimum of two years of post-secondary education in IT is preferred, as well as two years of successful experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Linux and WAPT is a plus. At Tranquil IT, we take the time to train each new employee on our technologies and processes.
