Hello,
Following the discovery of the ReVault vulnerability: https://www.frandroid.com/marques/dell/ ... ediatement ; Dell has indicated that the Dell ControlVault 3 driver/firmware should be updated. These updated drivers are available on this page: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/fr-f ... a-2025-053.
There are two drivers on this page: Dell-ControlVault3-Driver-and-Firmware_G7K77_WIN64_5.15.10.14_A31_01.EXE and Dell-ControlVault3-Plus-Driver-and-Firmware_TWF65_WIN64_6.2.26.36_A09_01.EXE ; depending on the PC model.
Ideally, I would like to create a package that tests the machine model and then installs the correct driver/firmware. Or perhaps a package that installs both firmware/drivers; and it doesn't matter if one of them doesn't work because the model isn't compatible.
I've seen that the installation commands `Dell-ControlVault3-Driver-and-Firmware_G7K77_WIN64_5.15.10.14_A31_01.EXE /s` or `Dell-ControlVault3-Plus-Driver-and-Firmware_TWF65_WIN64_6.2.26.36_A09_01.EXE /s` work.
Do you have any suggestions for creating a package for this? Or, at worst, several packages that could be assigned based on the machine model?
I think this could be useful to others besides myself.
Thanks for your replies; have a good rest of the day and a good weekend!

Alternatively, a package that installs Dell Command Update and then launches all updates without requiring a reboot.
The package that installs Dell Command Update already exists on the WebStore.
