Server: Windows 2019
Console workstation: Windows 11
WAPT 2.6.1.17765
Enterprise license

Good morning
During the installation process, I am stuck at the step where I request a license key.
The window that should ask me for it does not appear and I find myself stuck in an authentication request loop with an unusual window.

Is there a way to force the license key request?

Sincerely

Hi Max,

did you enable certificate authentication in your console?

Has the server/console been upgraded? If so, from which version?

Hello Mr. Cardon,

the problem originated on the console PC.

I had a server running version 2.4, and when upgrading to 2.6, I opted for a clean install, also changing the certificates.
I encountered no difficulties on the server.

However, on the console PC, I hadn't noticed that even after uninstalling, certain directories remained in AppData\Local, and these contained, among other things, the server certificates.

After clearing everything and reinstalling the console, things proceeded more normally.

Sincerely,
