Hello,

I have a quick question: is it possible to install a faulty driver on a PC and update it
without using WADs via the console?

For example, a graphics card or Wi-Fi driver.

Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Catherine,

if you have an installer that can run silently, you can just create a package as usual. You'll just need to add a check to verify that the correct hardware is installed on the machine to avoid crashing it with the wrong driver. :-)

You can look at tis-nvidia-game-ready-driver-template [1] for inspiration.

Regards,

Denis
