Hello,
We have just deployed Samba 4 to the city's primary schools.
However, we are experiencing a recurring problem.
Some user sessions open as temporary sessions, and we receive the following message when logging in:
"We can't connect to your account.
You can usually fix this by signing out of your account and then signing back in.
If you don't sign out now, any files you create or changes you make will be lost."
Each time, we have to delete the user folder and remove the UID.bak file that is created in the registry.
We then sign back in, the session is recreated, and all the data is lost.
Have you ever encountered this problem?
We are using Windows 10, and after testing, the problem is not related to the antivirus.
Thank you for your feedback.
Sincerely,
