Recently (probably following our latest WAPT update), clients can no longer install packages via the WAPT Self-Service portal. It displays "No results found."

LDAP authentication is enabled on the server. I tested with service_auth_type...

Indeed, the problem stemmed from the client/server version difference.

We can now close this issue; everything is back to normal.

No, not yet, I didn't want to cause any more problems. I'll take a snapshot and try the update to see if, as you say, the problem might be coming from there.

So it's strange because the test fails with the group "caduser" which is in lowercase, though.
