However, this folder is synchronized everywhere and takes up a lot of space on my small servers.

Re: Empty self-service

Problem solved. A colleague renamed a security group used for self-service.

You can close this.

Sorry for the time wasted helping me.

Re: Empty self-service

Hi Simon,

I'm not sure if this is due to the latest update. However, changing the parameter to "system" doesn't work either.

[RESOLVED] Empty self-service

Hello everyone,

Recently (probably following our latest WAPT update), clients can no longer install packages via the WAPT Self-Service portal. It displays "No results found."

LDAP authentication is enabled on the server. I tested with service_auth_type...

Re: Problem since update 2.6.0.16881

Indeed, the problem stemmed from the client/server version difference.

We can now close this issue; everything is back to normal.

Thanks again, Hubert, for the explanation.

Re: Problem since update 2.6.0.16881

No, not yet, I didn't want to cause any more problems. I'll take a snapshot and try the update to see if, as you say, the problem might be coming from there.
I'll get back to you as soon as I have more information.

Thanks for the quick reply, Hubert.

[SOLVED] Problem since update 2.6.0.16881

Hello everyone,

Since this morning I've noticed abnormal CPU activity on my Linux machines (Ubuntu/Debian).
I just noticed that they installed the latest WAPT 2.6.0.16881 update overnight, which seems to be affecting the agent's operation.
I've attached the...

Re: New problem with WUA following the latest update 2.6.0.16767

I can confirm, I tested it on several different machines after this morning's update and everything is working perfectly again.

Thanks again, Simon, for your help.

Re: New problem with WUA following the latest update 2.6.0.16767

Hi Simon,

No better this morning, it doesn't even seem to be downloading wsusscn2.cab on any of our computers...

I'll call you later to discuss it directly.

Thanks,
Thomas

Re: Self Service Malfunction

So it's strange because the test fails with the group "caduser" which is in lowercase, though.
