My log files in C:\wapt\log:
nginx-access.log -> 2.21GB
nssm_waptserver.log -> 465MB
nssm_wapttasks.log -> 127MB

Can I delete them?

No problems with the latest version released by Stormshield (3.2.3).
For now, we're distributing via GPO. I've downloaded the tis package, which I'll test.
By the way, I have a question for the Wapt team:
Why was the tis package made private? Especially since downloading the client isn't...

I'm using the dotnet6 package (6.0.14.5) in 64-bit on a Windows 10 Education version 20H2 (windowsdesktop-runtime-6.0.14-win-x64.exe).
WAPT version: 2.3.0.13505 (rev c7fcb3a7).
It's probably related to a dependency of another platform that requires dotnet.
