Good morning,

FYI, this thread is very similar to this one, which is resolved but without a description of the solution: viewtopic.php?t=3335

Uploading an ISO image to WADS consistently fails. The hash calculation is successful, then the upload begins:

wapt1.png
wapt1.png (37.24 KB) Viewed 5181 times

You can clearly see the ISO file being uploaded to /var/www/wads/iso/

then it stops with an error:

wapt2.png
wapt2.png (11.03 KB) Viewed 5181 times

Ultimately, the image in "/var/www/wads/iso" is incomplete (approximately 2GB instead of the normal 5GB)

wapt3.png
wapt3.png (25.65 KB) Viewed 5181 times

In /var/log/waptserver.log:
[waptserver ] CRITICAL upload deploy files (dd5082f658887ac012dd5532834e9d2bf4e57829dfc6d2a2f1ec328ecfe91bf2.iso) failed Exception('File already exists')
There is no CPU/memory saturation during the operation. Nor is there disk saturation.

- Ubuntu 20.04 server with WAPT 2.3
- In the Nginx wapt.conf configuration file:
client_max_body_size 12288m;
client_body_timeout 5800;

Thank you for your help.

Hello

, I see you're on version 2.3.

Could you upgrade to 2.4? Fixes have been released for this issue.

Hello,

unfortunately, the upgrade to version 2.4 broke our Active Directory connection. We had to revert to the previous version for now, while we wait to upgrade Samba.

Is there a workaround for version 2.3?

Regards.

Try adding `

proxy_request_buffering off;`

to your Nginx configuration.

It's one of the changes that was made in Wapt version 2.4.

Otherwise, Tranquilit also uses Samba... ;)

Hello,

I tried disabling "proxy_request_buffering" but it wasn't enough.

It's not a big deal for now; we'll wait until we can upgrade to WAPT 2.4.

Thank you for your help.
Best regards.
