[SOLVED] Endless WUA Scan

* Specify the installed WAPT version, full version, and build number (2.2.1.11957 / 2.2.2.12337 / etc.) as well as the Enterprise/Discovery edition.

* Specify the OS of the administration/package creation machine and the machine with the problematic agent, if applicable (Windows 7/10/11/Debian 11/etc.).

* Include code snippets, screenshots, and other images directly in the post. Links to Pastebin, Bitly, and other third-party sites will be systematically removed.

Good morning,

We are experiencing a problem with Windows updates on some WAPT agents.

WAPT is version 2.5.5.15697. The agent configuration is as follows:

During a scan for Windows updates on the agent, the WAPT Exit never completes:

(He was found in the same condition the next day.)

The console displays the same thing:

And if we run "wapt-get waptwua-scan", it doesn't return control either:

Finally, if I go to the Windows Update panel in Windows, it does see updates to be installed and installs them:

It doesn't seem normal to see the updates in this location when WUA is supposed to be enabled.

I don't see what's wrong with our setup. Can you help us, please?

, could you try removing `include_potentially_supersed_update` and setting `

include_potentially_supersed_update=False`?

Hello,
since the setting was deployed, the situation seems to have returned to normal. I haven't noticed any other issues, and on the console side, WUA is back to green everywhere.
