Hello,
when attempting to deploy an ISO via WAPT, I get stuck and receive the message "DNS resolution has failed for: ...".
I'm using VMware to test the ISO deployment. I hope I'm using the correct drivers.

Hi Franck,
DNS resolution isn't working. Are you on a NATed bridge with a different DNS suffix than your production network? Could you please use a fully qualified domain name (FQDN)?
Is the IP connection working (ping the server's IP address)?
Regards,
Denis

Hello Franck,
It seems the DNS suffix isn't being considered at that point in the server connection. Unless the resolution is using NetBIOS broadcast? Normally, a fallback to the system resolver is used if there's no direct response, so it should have worked. But anyway, using FQDNs is a best practice.
Could you please enter a FQDN? By default, the configuration is taken from the dynamic "default" configuration (Option menu/"edit agent dynamic configuration"), you need to enter an FQDN name there and regenerate WinPE.
Sincerely,
Denis
