Hello,

I'd like to set up repository replication.
I've looked at the documentation on this, but it's for Linux, while my servers are Windows.
Like any adventurous IT professional, I thought I'd give it a try.
I created a replication of the directory "drive:\wapt\waptserver\repository\wapt" between the servers, and that's OK.
However, the console isn't seeing the packages. It seems I need to run the wapt-scanpackages.py script.
The problem is, the script isn't present in "drive:\wapt\".

Help! :D

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Scanning packages isn't mandatory since you'll be reading the Packages index, which is also present in your repository's directory structure.

Have you installed a web server to allow access to the repository via HTTP?

From our perspective, the most sensible option is to use WAPT Linux Server. ;)

Call us if you need assistance; our sales team will be happy to help.

Good morning,

But of course.
pfff, that was a blunder on my part with the Package file.
Everything seems to be working now.
For your information, I'm doing a synchronization via DFS.

I agree, but I have some reasons.

Our salespeople? With a quote? That's not what I'm looking for.

Thank you Alexandre
