If you had a virtual machine, you can simply restore the snapshot.
Otherwise, for the backup:
https://www.wapt.fr/fr/doc-1.3/Installa ... x.html#id2
Just to clarify, could you tell me if it's a Windows Server x86 or x64?

For the time being, and given the urgency, I'm going to attempt a minimal migration to Windows:
So, if I back up the folders: c:\wapt\waptserver\repository\wapt and C:\private,
uninstall WAPT 1.3.13
install WAPT 1.5
, and follow the procedure you indicated , will that be sufficient?
Thank you
. Yes, it is indeed a 64-bit version of Windows 2008R2.

To put it simply, do you have an internal Active Directory?

So yes, you can install a new WAPT server version 1.5 alongside the existing WAPT 1.3 server.
You can then deploy the 1.5 agent via GPO using waptdeploy.
To re-import all the packages from the old server to the new one, you can add your old server as an external repository in your WAPT 1.5 console and re-import all the packages.
Then, we rely on GPOs and waptdeploy to deploy the new agent version 1.5.
