Hello,
I think this is due to your version of Debian 7.0 (Wheezy), as version 1.5 is only supported on 8.0 (Jessie) or 9.0 (Stretch)

Indeed, as TomTomGo says, the repository address displayed as "wheezy" indicates either your server is running Debian Wheezy, which is incompatible with WAPT 1.5, or there's a leftover file
It should contain the following value:

My server is running the Wheezy version!
Am I forced to change versions, and does that mean a complete reinstallation of Waptserver?
What do you advise?
Thanks,
Anthony

So, I've upgraded to Debian Jessie.
I'm restarting the upgrade process to 1.5, but I'm getting the following messages during the Debian configuration step (see attached image).
Thanks for your help, guys.

Since you seem to be on an x86 version of Debian, it won't work properly.
The simplest solution would be:
The simplest solution would be:
- install a clean Debian Stretch amd64 VM
- install WAPT 1.5
- import the packages from your old server to the new one (either via the console or rsync+re-signature in the command line)
- push the new agent via GPO
