Good morning,

WAPT version: 1.7.3.5 Community OS admin: Windows 10 pro

I am setting up the WAPT server for a small park and I am having a problem installing your wapt package tis-libreoffice .4.6.2-9 (the same problem occurs with other versions).
first error (antivirus)

After adding an exclusion to my antivirus to resolve the first error, an error persists during several Removing steps described in your package.
second mistake

I should point out that I have already deployed other packages on my network without any problems, LibreOffice also installs locally without any problems.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Hello rsh230,
The first problem seems to be an antivirus issue (the installation file is locked by another process).
The second problem comes from the antivirus uninstallation process itself (sophos clean). It returns a return code of 5, which is not standard. If this is a normal code, it should be added as an allowed return code in the package (see documentation); otherwise, we need to investigate why it's malfunctioning.
Regards,
Denis

Hello Denis,

First of all, thank you for your reply. I did look into the antivirus settings for a while, but in the end, I created my own LibreOffice package using the MSI file to avoid having to add too many exclusions. Thanks anyway!

Sincerely,
