Hello,

We are encountering an issue when building the latest package, tis-windows10-upgrade version 10.0.19043-76 x64 fr.
The update-package runs correctly either directly from the ISO or with the Media Tool.
However, when launching the build, an error message appears:

ERROR building c:\waptdev\tis-windows10-upgrade_10.0.19043-76_x64_windows_6.1_PROD_fr_dc010bab7796dfce298fe1bcea9ca0e1-wapt: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'c:\\waptdev\\tis-windows10-upgrade_10.0.19043-76_x64_windows_6.1_PROD_fr_dc010bab7796dfce298fe1bcea9ca0e1-wapt\\iso\\sources\\replacementmanifests\\microsoft-windows-appx-deployment-server\\microsoft.windows.secondarytileexperience_10.0.0.0_neutral__cw5n1h2txyewy.xml'

The file exists, but the path seems extremely long (268 characters), which makes me think it can't open the file.

What could be the solution so I can build this package?
Would deleting the old windows10-upgrade packages shorten the package directory name?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Okay, a small update regarding this Windows 10 upgrade package, version 10.0.19043-76.

The problem was that, as in previous versions, we were using the "download and edit" option. However, now it downloads the package while keeping the "tis" prefix instead of replacing it with our defined prefix. So, we have to "import" the package, which works, and then edit it from the private repository...

On the other hand, I'm encountering a problem when uploading the package to the server.
I'm getting an error at the end of the package upload:

"Uploading c:\waptdev\pref-windows10-upgrade_10.0.19043-80_x64_windows_0f4137ed1502b5045d6083aa258b5c42_6.1_PROD_fr.wapt: 4325165264 / 4325165264

Done Uploading c:\waptdev\pref-windows10-upgrade_10.0.19043-80_x64_windows_0f4137ed1502b5045d6083aa258b5c42_6.1_PROD_fr.wapt

Exit code: 3"

Do you have any ideas, please?

Hello fck_mly,
could you please check the disk space you have on the /var/lib/nginx directory? The nginx server buffers uploads, and this causes problems if there isn't enough space.

Good morning,
Here is the result of the command:

Code: Select all

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda3 195G 29G 156G 16% /
I will still remove the old updated packages that are no longer needed.

Following a discussion with Gaëtan on Discord, I uploaded from WinSCP and it went through.
But I'm still having trouble assigning the package to my machines... I apply the package, save it, and it's no longer there when I update the necessary packages... yet, everything is OK in terms of target architecture and minimum WAPT version!

I'm trying to make progress little by little regarding my incident.
I have tried again several times, synchronizing, rebooting the repositories but the problem is still present.

I then tried installing it via the self-service interface on the machine, and bingo! It worked without any problems. So, I'm no expert, but I think the package is good.

Here is the content of the control file, as requested by Gaëtan:

I could go to each machine and launch the installation via self-service, but that defeats the purpose of the tool!

Does this only work on machines pointing to a secondary repository?

I have the same problem whether the repository is the main one or the secondary repositories.
All three secondary repositories we have have an OK status; the package is present on all three repositories, and the package owner is the "wapt" account...
