Hello everyone,

we have two different subnets for our computers, one of which is not visible through the WAPT console. Is there a way to use both?

We are on a Windows installation, Community version 1.7.3.5.

Thank you in advance and have a good day!

Hello.

As long as all agents can see the WAPT server, it's fine.

If the console or the server can't see the agent, some functions won't be available: Wake-on-LAN, VNC, RDP, and computer management.

Otherwise, it's all good.

Thank you for your reply, but the clients are not visible on the console. Is there a procedure to follow?

None of the clients on our second subnet are visible...

Thank you in advance!

From the computers that are on the second subnet, are you able (without a proxy) to see the wapt server's web page?

Indeed, they don't have access.

Thanks for the suggestion; could it be a DNS issue on that subnet?

Port not open, or DNS or routing issues.

You need to perform the usual diagnostics: ping, nslookup, telnet, etc.
