Hello,

Despite the presence of VLC version 3.0.21 in the repository, the initially deployed version 3.0.20 is not being updated.
All machines remain green, despite the presence of the older VLC version.

To clarify, the versions (the installed one and the new one) do not come from the same source. The installed version comes from an older version of WAPT, which has since migrated to the newer version. This older installation did not come from the store, but it has the same name
and the associated package was recognized (I see it in the console under "Installed Packages"). However, it is not updating. (Note: the certificates have changed.) The version on the website has the same name and follows the same numbering system

: the installed version is

iep-vlc 3.0.20-30,

while the version from the store is

iep-vlc 3.0.21-13.

How can I fix this problem?

Thank you.

Hello,
You need to pay attention to the target OS and the architecture (among other things) of the newly imported VLC package. Is it properly built for Windows x64?
Best regards,
Bertrand

Good morning,
The certificate that signed the package must indeed be deployed on the WAPT agents in order for them to be able to install it.

Can you also verify that the Target OS, architecture, etc., correspond to the image below?
