Hello, when trying to update the Scratch package, which was working fine, I get this error message: `
installing scratch2offlineeditor
TimeoutExpired: Command '"Scratch-456.0.4.exe" -silent -eulaAccepted -programMenu' timed out after 300 seconds with output ''`.
What should I do?

I've already encountered this issue with Scratch.
First things first:
Is Adobe AIR properly installed on the machine?
Do you have an internal proxy server? If so, is your proxy server authenticating?
To confirm the problem I suspect:
Can you unplug the network cable from the machine experiencing the issue? Then shut down that machine.
The goal is for it to be disconnected from the network when WaptExit is launched.
If the installation worked after restarting (without a network connection), it means the installer is trying to communicate with the internet but can't (authentication popup to access the internet?).
I haven't been able to prevent the Scratch installer (or at least Adobe AIR) from connecting to the internet.

Hello.
I can confirm that the problem is with Adobe Air.
A Scratch package without Adobe dependencies works fine for me, but your package never does.
I do have a proxy, which should be transparent, but...
Best regards

Good evening.
I'll launch your package on Monday to send you the screenshots.
The server is hosted on Windows 7, and the clients are running Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit.
Thank you so much for your fantastic tool.

I've thought about it but haven't found a clean solution :-/
Also, I can't always reproduce the problem.
The problem is definitely related to the Scratch installer, and more specifically to Adobe AIR...
For now, the simplest thing might be to adjust the proxy settings to allow the blocking or authentication of the frame that's causing the issue?
In my opinion, Adobe AIR tries to download something like (crl, cab) from Adobe's website to check if the Scratch application has been properly authorized. That's why I can't always reproduce the problem.
Please note that these are just assumptions!
